Each year, at GPhA’s Annual Meeting our association hosts a Business Exposition. This lively, two-day Expo is a highly interactive forum that facilitates interaction between exhibitors and the more than 500 CEOs, Presidents, Vice Presidents and other top decision-makers from the U.S. generic industry. By exhibiting at this event, exhibitors gain exposure to these industry leaders in a setting that is ideal for relaxed, professional networking.

The Business Expo is located in the spacious Ritz-Carlton Ballroom. The exhibit hall is just steps away from the Vanderbilt Ballroom, where the main plenary session will be held. Registration is limited again this year to 34 booths to maintain the quality of the interaction between exhibitors and industry attendees.

The exhibit hall doubles as the space for refreshment breaks and breakfast, and serves as the location for the GPhA’s popular Expo Wine and Cheese Reception, which includes music, a raffle and great prizes.

Booths sell out each year. We urge you to register early. Choice of booth space is based on the date of registration. Hotel accommodations at the GPhA preferred rate are available to registered attendees. Following your registration, a confirmation code will be sent via email which may be used to register at the preferred rate.

Exhibit Booth Registration Fees

Member 8 x 10 booth: $2,850
Non-Member 8 x 10 booth: $3,300
Additional Business Expo pass: $595*

*NOTE: The Business Expo pass does not include access to the plenary session.

Exhibit Booth Registration Includes:

  • One (1) GPhA 2009 Annual Meeting Pass
    Includes attendance to all plenary sessions, the exhibit hall and all social events.
  • One (1) Business Exposition Pass
    Includes access to the exhibit hall and all social events. (NOTE: The Expo pass does not include access to the plenary session).
  • 8’x 10’ space
  • Standard royal blue drapery
  • (1) 6’ draped table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) wastebasket
  • (1) 7”x 44” one line identification sign with company name

Once registration is confirmed, your company will receive an exhibitor service manual from our exhibit management service, Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. The manual will include exhibitor rules and regulations, complete information regarding exhibit installation and removal, list of official show contractors, and order forms with rates and prices for products and services. Business Exposition booth holders may order electrical service to power lighting displays, computer screens, and other equipment through Expo Convention Contractors, Inc.
