Welcome to the GPhA 2012 Annual Meeting! Each year, more than 500 attendees gather to gain insight on how the nation's most critical health and regulatory issues will impact the generic industry and the consumers who benefit from access to affordable medicines.

2012 Annual Meeting Business Exposition

GPhA’s annual Business Exposition offers a highly interactive and professional business environment in which industry vendors can meet generic industry executives.

Building on the success of prior years, we offer our exhibitors abundant networking time with industry decision-makers by hosting breakfasts and breaks in the Expo ballroom. And the Thursday afternoon GPhA Business Expo Reception has proven to be a highly profitable time for our exhibitors.

One full plenary session pass and one Expo pass are included in the booth price. GPhA’s Business Expo sells out each year. Registration is limited to 34 booth holders with booth space selection based on the date of registration. See our web page highlight on the Business Expo for more details.

Networking and Social Events

As part of the 2012 Annual Meeting, GPhA will host a variety of exciting professional networking opportunities and social events. Our program includes the Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting Reception and Dinner and a farewell reception. These activities, along with a luncheon, breakfasts and networking breaks, provide the ideal setting for relaxed, professional networking.

In addition, on Friday afternoon, we host our GPhA Annual Golf Tournament along with a kayaking excursion as well as a fly fishing expedition running concurrent.

Spouse/ Guest Event

The 2012 Annual Meeting Spouse/Guest Pass includes entry to all social events and meal functions as well as a special Thursday morning spouse event that includes lunch. The spouse/guest pass does not include entry into the plenary session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 8, 2012. For questions regarding registration for the 2012 Annual Meeting, please contact Jennifer Nguyen at jnguyen@gphaonline.org.

For your convenience in making hotel reservations, there are a rooms available at the adjacent hotel – The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, please note reservations are subject to standard rates and availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Guests of the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes may cancel reservations at no penalty up to seven days prior to arrival. The hotel will charge guests cancelling reservations within seven days of arrival, two nights’ room & tax. (first and last night deposit)
